Do you ship worldwide?
We are happy to announce that we currently offer free express shipping with insurance anywhere in the world.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, your tracking number will be emailed to you within 3-4 days of your order being placed. If you haven’t received it, please check in your spam folder or contact us.
When do you dispatch once an order is placed?
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, within 3-4 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your package is on its way to you.
How long does shipping take?
Nationwide, we ship using DHL. This typically takes less than 7 working days. Internationally, we ship using FedEx, which can take anywhere from 7-14 working days. Please note that we do not have control over shipping times, as this may depend on factors such as customs clearance.
Will I pay custom fees?
No, all fees and documentation are covered by us to make your life simpler.
Will my multiple orders be shipped together?
Yes, we can combine up to five watches in each parcel. Your parcel will be packaged securely and marked as fragile.
How can I cancel and have my order refunded?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags. To initiate a return, you can contact us at sales@luxurywristwatches.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and organise the collection from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
We take great care in ensuring that your luxury wrist watch arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, we’re here to help with our straightforward exchange process.
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out via email to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. When contacting us, please include your order number and a description of the damage. Also attach photos of the damaged item(s) to help us understand the issue. Our team will then provide you with a return shipping label and organise collection of the package from your address at a date convenient for you – please ensure it is securely packed to avoid any further damage during transit.
Once we receive the damaged item and verify the issue, we will process your exchange. You’ll receive a replacement item as soon as possible, or you can choose an alternative product from our collection (new product must be listed at the same price as the original order, or you may choose to pay the difference if it is greater).
What is a concessionary timepiece?
A concessionary timepiece refers to a watch or clock sold through a consignment or concession model. As an officially licensed product, we (the retailer) display and sell the timepiece on behalf of the original owner or manufacturer. Because of our consignment structure, we offer you these timepieces at more competitive prices compared to traditional retail. This allows you to access luxury items at better value.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?
Yes, we periodically update and restock our site. If we haven’t gotten around to doing so yet, you can contact us directly to request a special order.
What materials are used in the construction of these wrist watches?
The watches we sell are crafted exclusively from high-quality materials to ensure durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. We source our watches from trusted manufacturers who use only the finest materials, solid glass and stainless steel (316L).
How do I pay for my order?
All our payments are processed securely through Square. You can pay for your order using any card of your choice, although we also accept bank transfers (please email us to request bank details). Simply add items to your basket and hit checkout.
Do you provide discounts on large orders?
Yes, we are always happy to provide our customers with trade discounts on large orders. If your order exceeds £1000, you are eligible for a 15% discount – get in touch with us before placing your order and we’ll supply you with a discount code. If you have forgotten to apply the code, let us know and we’ll refund you the difference.
